This position will manage the construction of new stores (quick service restaurants, located in food courts of regional shopping malls) and remodeling projects by providing overall project oversight in all phases of project development. This includes architecture and engineering coordination and administrative tasks required for the complete development of assigned company restaurants, in compliance with company policies.  Duties: Support the Real Estate representatives in their preliminary research for new projects. Coordinate with the staff and seek approval from the mall to develop desirable storefront designs Maintain communication with the mall’s tenant coordinator throughout the construction process Review construction documents. Complete any required approval processes for the drawings, including building department. Ensure the completion of any required permitting for each project. Bidding and Contracting. Search, and help select and develop a pool of quality, and reliable contractor bases for assigned area to support company's development needs. Supervise construction activities at job site. Oversee all costs for the project. Work with Operations to ensure that they are fully informed of any date changes and other information that will impact store operations.
